36 years into the cleaning business, the word cleaning has clearly become an understatement to what we actually do. Our work is about hygiene and we contribute to a larger picture – collective well-being.
Since 1985, Cleancoat Services Pte. Ltd. (Cleancoat) has been providing professional cleaning services for residential, commercial and industrial premises in Singapore. 36 years of service excellence not only deemed Cleancoat as one of the most established in Singapore, but also one of the most relevant and experienced.
From humble beginnings of providing general contractual and ad-hoc cleaning services for residential and commercial premises with only 70 men & women, Cleancoat is today a full-spectrum professional cleaning company that is capable of handling complex, strenuous challenges such as cleaning industrial premises, marble restoration & cleaning, and disinfection fogging. Along with our growth, manpower grew from 70 to 300 staff which included well-trained and experienced frontliners.
Cleancoat passionately invests in our manpower and on technologies, hiring specialists to train our frontliners on specialised cleaning methods and technologies. This is what enabled our rapid growth and sustained our competitiveness in the market as technologies and well-trained staff brought value to both the client and ourselves.
Being part of Davy Group
Davy Group acquired Cleancoat in 2012, a strategic move to expand the group’s market share and consolidate resources to achieve cost and operational efficiency. With this acquisition, Cleancoat is able to tap into the resources of the Group to better serve the market with more manpower, technologies, equipment and strategic management support that adeptly responds to market demands and opportunities.
Cleaning is definitely an understatement. What we do is part of Public Hygiene and Workplace Safety & Health. This is especially true in-light of the COVID-19 pandemic, wouldn’t you agree?
